The building has many service amenities, including lobby/ doorman/ mailroom. There is a newly renovated, expansive lounge and rooftop space with great views of Midtown, as well as in-building gym and laundry facilities. Utilities are ~$50/ month

The apartment (3BR/ 1BA) is sunny, sparkling clean, and has great views. The living room, bathroom, and kitchen are fully furnished with furniture purchased within the past two years. Your roommates would be two female professionals in their mid-20s who are clean, respectful, and tidy
