Both bedrooms are spacious, and equitable in size with large windows with a nice view out back.
My favorite thing about the apartment are the staircases leading up and down to each bedroom.
Note: there is a balcony but it is attached to my bedroom

Kitchen and eating area is the only common space- no living room.

Quiet, safe, scenic. Central Park is a 10 minute jog away, East River less than 5 mins.

F & Q station 1 block away
456NRW 59th st station: 7 minute walk

Roommate:
Looking for a buddy to drink wine on the balcony with! Hoping to find someone with similar work/life habits and values. Looking for a someone who is a good communicator, respectful, responsible & tidy in the kitchen/bathroom.

About me:
People person, easy going, open/communicative, respectful. I don't smoke or do drugs. Somewhere between a neat freak and clean. Super social but also working long hours at Deloitte.

In quarantine I have been back and forth between the apartment and my parent's house on Long Island. I'll be working from home like everyone until further notice.
