Spacious Room Upper East Side

The available room is good sized and fully furnished with a full size bed, dresser, shelf, air conditioner and television. It also has to wonderful big windows and a nice closet.

The apartment includes a brand-new kitchen with spacious cabinets, new fridge and microwave. The bathroom was also recently renovated.

We are a couple (two girls) living in the other room. We would share kitchen, dining, and living room area as well as the bathroom. We are fairly quiet roommates, very laid back and are not around the apartment very much since we both work constantly.
We are hoping to find a like minded female roommate who will be a good fit to share the space with us on a short term basis (for now).
