Room with private bath in UES

Hi! I'm subletting my room in our 2 bed, 2 bath apartment in the Lenox Hill neighborhood on the Upper East Side, starting July 1 (flexible date). You have the option to sign the lease in September.

We have a large duplex apartment, with a washer/dryer in unit! The living room brightly lit, plenty of counter space in the kitchen, a dishwasher, and renovated bathrooms! The room available is spacious, and can easily fit a queen size bed (currently has a full size). All the furniture you see is available too.
