Room Available in the Upper East Side (Females )

Hi!

I have a loft available in my 3 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment located in Lenox Hill (east 60s). The building has an elevator and a laundry room and is near the N, R, Q, 4, 5,6 trains as well as a few bus lines. The apartment also has a decent sized balcony.

I am looking for a female roommate that is tidy, clean and considerate. My roommate and I are in our mid/late 20s and work from 9-5. We cook a few times a week but always clean up right after. We do not have people over that often (less than once per month) but will always let you know if we do. No overnight guests please. The house is furnished and there are some pieces of furniture in the available room if you'd like to keep them.

The loft room is a large room with a deep closet but it is only 5 feet in height hence the low rent for UES. Please refer to the pictures.
