Renting my lovely Upper East Side studio on E 70th, between 1st and 2nd Ave. Just steps to the Q train at 72nd Street.

Pet friendly (small dogs, cats) and there’s laundry on the same block. Easy walk to Hunter College, Marymount Manhattan and NY School of Interior Design, and you can get to many places (Manhattan, Astoria, Williamsburg, Downtown Brooklyn) in under 30 minutes by train.

Excellent coffee just down the block at 787 and plenty of places to eat. Central Park is just a short walk from the apartment. There’s a garden in the backyard where you can study or relax.

I’ve loved living here and will miss the convenience of everything. Looking for someone for a 6 month or 1 year lease, starting September 1st.

Heat, hot water, gas and electric are included in the rent. Just pay for Wi-Fi. First month and security due when signing the lease.
