About the Apartment: Common areas are furnished. Utilities: $25/ month ( internet) + electricity Security- 1 month rent Application- must meet the rent requirements.
About the Room: Well-lit, master bedroom with a full closet and extra storage on top. Room will come unfurnished. So, you only need to get furniture for the room.
