I have 1 spare bedroom with its own full bathroom in my 2 bedroom corner apartment with a balcony in the UWS/Lincoln Square area conveniently located near Columbus Circle subway (1, A, B, C, D lines). It is very spacious with over a 1000 square feet. The bedrooms are separate on opposite sides of the apt and have their own full bathrooms. This is a doorman building with its own gym, laundry room and bike room. There is a car garage in the basement where you can rent a space if needed. The 2375 is for the rent and does not include the electricity (varies from seasons) and internet/cable costs. It is negotiable within reason. Looking for someone who is clean, non-smoker, reliable and sociable as well. I am down to earth, easy going, and like to enjoy the city as much as I can after being here for several years.
