This is the bottom of a shared duplex- basically your own apt. Shared kitchen upstairs with professional females. Microwave downstairs, large TV in living room and wi-fi (cable option avail)Your own bathroomw/tub. The pictures are not that great but it is best if you stop by (not that dark).

There are several female professionals 20-30s upstairs. We are seeking the same. Need employment verification and firs/last/secuity upon move in.
