Roomie Wanted for Gorgeous Lincoln Center 3-Bed

1 bedroom available in 3 bedroom apartment 1 bath immediately or for July 1! You?ll be signing onto a lease that runs thru Jan 1 with the opportunity to renew in 2021. Newly renovated, clean apartment with a shared bathroom, large living space, huge kitchen with dishwasher(!!). Room is cozy and definitely on the smaller side, but can still fit a full-sized bed, a dresser, and night table, and has a proper closet. Willing to sell some furniture, or the bedroom can come unfurnished.

Your portion of monthly rent is $1350 plus utilities, which range $20-$80, depending on the time of year (summer is most expensive since heat and hot water is included in rent!). First month due up front, plus ~$1400 security deposit. The super lives right around the corner and building management has an office across the street, so if things need repairing/checking out, it happens pretty quickly.

Your roommates: two 20-30something women working in fundraising and PR. Everyone is kind of figuring out their schedules right now with WFH and the apartment has been largely empty since March. Typically, we all keep busy but hang on the couch, cook, or watch TV together when we're all home. No judgment if someone posts up in their room. <1 block from the 1 train, 5 blocks from Columbus Circle for the 123ABCD, right around the corner from retail heaven: Trader Joe?s, Zara, Apple, Century 21, etc. Safe, clean neighborhood.
