Room can fit a full/queen bed with furniture (the last roommate had a vanity, large dresser, and cube storage system with a full bed). Has a closet, one large window, hard wood floors. The apartment is furnished. Living room has a new west elm couch, large tv, portable AC unit, and a nice sized coffee table. Kitchen is fully equipped and spacious to make meal prep or dinner parties (a girl can dream) a breeze.

Large size living room, and big kitchen with dishwasher. No laundry in building, but we?re walking distance to 3-5 drop off services or pick up service.

Two female roommates, one 28 yo, one 30 yo, looking for similar ages. Both employed, pay rent on time, and have a weekly cleaning chart to keep common areas clean. We?ve lived here 4 ish years and hope for a long term roommate. Sublet with the option to renew the lease 11/1.
