I am renting this room at a low rate because I am looking for a particular roommate. I want someone who is kind, outgoing, helpful, and friendly. Someone who would keep the area tidy, put dishes in the dishwasher, join me for a cup of tea, etc. Someone who would enjoy good conversation, share an occasional meal together, and watch a TV program together. once in a while There is also an opportunity to assistant the roommate with computer work for $15 an hour if desired.
