Hey! I'm looking to find someone to take over my lease for the 3 months from May 1st until August 1st.
Location: Heart of the Upper West Side, right near all the nice shops, Trader Joe's, about a 5 minute walk to the subway (the 1, specifically). So close to Central Park that it's visible, a little bit, from the living room, and takes only 5 or 6 minutes to walk there!
Building: Luxury high-rise with floor-to-ceiling windows in every room, fantastic view of the city skyline, full weight room, gym, yoga room, piano/music practice facilities (has a nice grand piano). Packages are sorted by the front desk and the mailroom emails you as soon as you arrive. The building itself is gorgeous as well! :)
Roommates: Akkshay and Gokul, two 26 year-old software engineers who are super friendly, respectful, clean up after themselves!
