I have a large bedroom in little Italy available for rent. It is furnished with a queen sized bed, a dresser, and large shelf. The apartment is located in the back of the building so it is very quiet and receives great natural sunlight. Any lifestyle is welcome as long as you are able to live well with others (respecting common areas and reasonable noise expectations). I am a translator and my roommate is a nurse at Mount Sinai. The unit is in a lively and safe neighborhood with restaurants, bars, shops, and multiple subway lines within a five minute walk. This is ideal for healthcare professionals because of the proximity to subway lines and the quiet nature of the apartment. Can do month to month for the rent as well.
