Hi, I'm Alice (she/her) and I'm looking for a roommate to fill the second bedroom in my apartment in NYC, as my current roommate is moving out to live with her girlfriend this summer.
A little bit about the apartment:
It's a 2 bed/1 bath located in Little Italy/Chinatown, and you'd be leasing it for a year starting June 1st. The apartment is huge and sunny, it's ~800 sq. ft. and has great kitchen storage space (perfect for cooking) along with a spacious living room. The bedroom can probably fit three and a half queen-sized bed and comes partially furnished. We're really close to the N/Q/R & 4/5/6 (2 min walk) and the B/D (4 min walk) lines, and close to a ton of grocery stores (TJs, Whole Foods, asian) plus Soho. The closest laundromat is only one block away.
About me:
I'm 24, originally from San Diego, but started living in NYC after graduating from college in 2018. I'm a software engineer, and have been working from home since the beginning of quarantine and also fully vaccinated. I like being active, but I'm also a big homebody, and spend most of my free time cooking or watching movies.
