My roommate Marc and I are looking for a 3rd roommate to fill our apartment in LES. A little about us: Marc is a 25-year old software developer at Bloomberg, and I'm a 23-year old analyst at Novus, a financial-tech start-up. Marc's been in the apartment for 2 years, and I've been there for 1. We both enjoy being social, checking out all of the great places nearby in LES and also having friends over. We have a very friendly and relaxed atmosphere in the apartment - everyone cleans up after themselves and is respectful at night regarding noise, and we've never had an issue. The apartment has about average sized rooms and common areas for an LES 3-bedroom, new kitchen appliances, a great roof deck, 1 bathroom, and laundry inside the building as well as next door. Rent for the room is $1690/month, along with a $1500 signing fee the landlord enforces for changing the lease and a 2 month security deposit.
