$925/month -Room available in spacious apt in LES

Looking for someone to take over my lease on Feb 1st in a clean, large apartment located in the lower east side, close to the F train at the East Broadway stop.

I would need someone to sign the lease for Feb 1st. Please ONLY contact me if you are able to have the complete list of documents below prepared before viewing.

What you'll need to sign the lease:
-credit report
-guarantor
-employment verification
-social security or driver's license or passport
-last 3 paycheck stubs
-security deposit of $925
-first month rent $925

The other two girl roommates are great - clean, responsible, and courteous. Naturally, I'm looking for someone who is similar.

Please reply with a little bit about yourself and we can set up a meeting this coming week after the holidays

****I now have the option to sublet to someone who's looking for a short term stay, from Feb 1st to the end of May. This does not require lease signing but someone will be taking over the apartment starting June 1st so there's also no option to stay past the move out date.

Please contact me either way (long and short term) my roommates and I will make the decision as to which option is the best after meeting everyone.
