Looking for a temporary roommate for my two bedroom apartment on Ludlow in the Lower East Side, from mid-March to the end of April (March 14 - April 29).
The apartment is a second floor walk up, clean, bright and fully furnished (and very cute if I do say so myself!). In addition to the two rooms and bathroom, there's a spacious living room with TV/cable, a dining area and kitchen.
Between Houston and Stanton, the location is super fun and lively ? just blocks from the F, J, M and Z trains.
A little about me - I?m originally from LA but have been in NYC for over 5 years. I work a 9 to 6(ish) job and love going out with friends on the weekends, but am generally pretty chill on the weekdays. Looking for someone easygoing, clean and friendly. Message me for details!
