The rent is $1, 450 a month and we share the untilities ( electricity, wireless) about $80 mnt each. Also available for weekly rental of $500 wk or $1,500 for 1 month

The room is a perfect size with one window a queen size bed ( optional), small armour and a walk in closet. the apt was renovated a year ago and is nice and clean. The rooms are on the opposite sides of each other with the kitchen, eating space and bathroom in between. ( so you have your own privacy}

The apartment is located in the coolest neighborhood in the city, close to cool clothing stores, bars and restaurants Laundromat in front of the apartment. 10 mins walk from Soho and Nolita and Chinatown, step away from F, J, M lines.
