Female artist looking for a nice respectful and clean roommate to rent a room in a cosy 2br apt starting 1st July

The rent is $1,295 a month and we share the utilities ( electricity, wireless) about $70 monthly each.

The room is a perfect size with one window a queen size bed ( optional), small drawer table and a walk in closet. The apt is nice and clean. The rooms are on the opposite sides of each other with the kitchen, eating space and bathroom in between. ( so you have your own privacy}

The apartment is located in the coolest neighborhood in the city, close to cool clothing stores, galleries bars and restaurants. Laundromat is right in front of the building. Walk to Soho, Nolita, Chinatown and Williamsburg. Steps away from F, J, M Train.
