Cute Room in amazing Location

Hey! I am Kaitlin and my other roomie is Maddie and we have a small room for 1650 not including utilities (heat & internet) for rent. It would fit a full/queen size bed and a desk. It has a closet as well. We have a private roof and 2 cats :) feel free to contact me for more information. We are looking for someone to move in starting in March. The apartment is located in an amazing location. We are very low key and do not party in the house ever and are incredibly clean. We are across the street from the F and close to the JMQ & 6 Train (within 5 minute walk). We are looking for something that does their own thing but contributes to cleaning up and household tasks - Basically just be respectful. We both work and are chill people.
