THE ROOM IS AVAILABLE July 1st, but if you need a place earlier, that can be arranged.
ABSOLUTE GREAT LOCATION IN THE LOWER EAST SIDE: the B, D, F, M, J, and Z trains are 2 blocks away, buses depart around the corner and 1 block away, and a CitiBike dock is across the street. Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Target, Essex Market just a few blocks away.
The room is $1850/month, plus 1 month's rent as a security deposit.
ONE PERSON ONLY
NO electric bike or scooter or similar, FIRE HAZARD!
ALL UTILITIES [water, gas, fiber-optics internet] included.
There is an AC in this room.
There is a $15/month charge for loft supplies [toilet paper, cleaning supplies, etc...]. You need to be diligent about cleaning up after using the bathroom, kitchen, and any common space.
The room comes furnished (with a full-size bed and mattress (54" x 75") etc., but you need to bring your own bedding and towels. The room has a direct window to the outside, and you have your own AC.
Since the room is furnished, you can NOT bring furniture with you, and all of your belongings need to fit in your room. BTW: the tree you see in the video is not there anymore.
THE LOFT HAS ALSO A BALCONY/FIRE ESCAPE!
IMPORTANT: Please be aware that this is a non-smoking/no-perfume environment. Please, no perfumed/scented shampoos or detergents! No scented candles. IF you are a smoker, you can smoke on the balcony. And preferably, you are not a heavy meat eater.
