Looking for roommate for huge apartment with plenty of closet space and large eat-in kitchen. The apartment is situated on high floor with gorgeous view of the Manhattan Bridge. The building has elevators, a 24/7 security guard and laundry facilities.

I?d like a Roommate that?s low-key, clean and responsible. Must pay rent timely. Must have good credit and stable income OR must pay rent in advance.

Very convenient area. Near B, D, F, J, M, and Z trains. Also near financial district.

-About 8 or 9 different restaurants

There is also a 14 screen Regal movie theater that just opened up about a block and a half away as well.
