The building has a laundry room, furnished roof deck, and a live-in super.

The apartment features a large living room with 4 windows for tons of sunlight and the kitchen has stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher and microwave. There are also 4 large extra closets in the common areas and the apartment his its own private balcony! The bedroom can comfortably fit a full/queen bed plus additional furniture and has a large built-in closet, air conditioning, and two windows for tons of sunlight.
