The apartment is 3 flights up in a walk up building located on a quiet street convenient to everything down town. There are two full baths, living room, dining area and large galley kitchen. Each room has built in AC and heat.
There is roof access two flights up, which is great during the summer. The apt is close to F, M, J, Z,6, B, D Trains

You will be living with two laid back professionals, both in their late 20's.

One month's rent + one month's security required. Sorry, no couples. Bills are typically $85 each for cable, Internet, phone, gas and electric.
