Cool furnished, decorated room in the LES

My name is Seth, I am a local artist and have been living in the Lower East Side for many years and am looking to rent a room in my beautiful apartment. The room is fully furnished along with flat screen tv and apple tv, air conditioner and wireless internet. We also have a cleaning device come in once a month and that’s included too.

This location is lovely- I am located blocks from the F, M, J, and Z trains and there's a Citibike rack right outside the apartment. The neighborhood is the most up and coming area in the city with amazing restaurants, shopping, museums and art galleries.

In addition I live with my wonderful, medium-sized (thirty pound) 4 year old dog, Josie.

I feel like I'm a very respectful roommate. I think that everyone should be able to come back to a place where there's no stress.
