Sunny Room in Two Bdrm Lower East Side

I'm offering a super spacious, sun-drenched and furnished room in a true 2 bedroom apt on the Lower East Side of Manhattan. I'm looking to find the right person to share it with (no couples or multiple people, please). The apt is furnished, and the room available has a comfy full sized bed in a loft spacewalk. We are only a couple blocks from the subway (F/M/J/Z). This makes getting all over town fast- downtown or UES or UWS in about a half hour. The lower east side's nitelife bubbles with excitement and if you're a foodie, this will be a haven! UPDATE: for quarantine, the whole city has quieted down hugely, I very much look forward to places reopening in the near future!
A little about me- I'm a pilates teacher and was a prof dancer. I enjoy yoga, biking, and snow sports, Netflix and chill lol????. I have a sweet young cat who will melt your heart. We have wifi, a/c, heat, bike storage room, full yet small kitchenette, hardwood floors and very high ceilings. The bathroom has a full tub and good water pressure. Also, we are on the ground floor, so no trudging up 5 flights of stairs! There's a tailor dry cleaner next store, and a laundromat a block away. There's also a park around the corner, gourmet Essex Market, Target and Trader Joe?s are just a couple blocks away. The neighborhood is buzzing and expanding by the min.
I truly love living in this hood for the past 5 years- before that I lived in the East Village for many years.
