Looking for a roommate in the LES

Hi - My roommate and I are looking for a replacement roommate (our 3rd roommate is moving back to Boston) to take over the 1/3 part of the lease in a great apartment in the LES. come August 1st

We have lived in the building for 1 year now, on the 3rd floor (elevator on site) and have enjoyed our time in the space. Its a 3-bedroom, 2 bath (one of the baths will be your personal one, but note it is not connected to your room). The apartment has stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, in unit washer/dryer, granite counter tops, natural oak wood flooring, with roof access to an unbelievable view of the whole city skyline. The apartment is individually controlled helping mitigate utility costs (which is roughly ~$80/month.)

The apartment is 0.20 miles from the F/M/J/Z.

The apartment building is designed in a way that there are only 2 units per floor, adding to exclusivity feel, and We have to add the sound proofing between the floors has been satisfactory.

My roommate and I are both from the Boston area, attended the same university in NYC. We work hard during the week, and enjoy our freedoms on the weekends. Please reach out!
