High ceilings and historic architectural detailing make for a unique living situation. Share living and dining rooms, bathroom, kitchen, outside garden space. You'll be sharing with artist-owner and a young NYU student (28). I've lived here for over 40 years, but am increasingly out of town, usually at least 3 days a week. The loft is close to all transportation; B, D, F, 6, Z, J, N, R, Buses 103 and M15. It is close to NYU, Parsons, New School, and a bus ride away to FiDi district or 23 Street.
The alcove is off the living room.
Seeking a roommate for school year or 6 months to a year, minimum.
