***Amazing LES Apt Share***

Hi,

I'm a female looking for a new roommate, move in Oct 1st.

Apt has great light, high ceilings and is very quiet with good energy. Lovely shared living space.

The bedroom is furnished with full size bed, comfy new mattress, and shelving.
It is a true bedroom, with a large window and SE light (no half walls etc) and in Realtor lingo referred to as a Full Size bedroom as it fits a full size bed. It's on the small side (approx 11ft x8ft) but I guess not by NYC standards! It's perfect for a student, someone new to the city with not a lot of stuff, although there is plenty of shared storage space.

I'm looking for someone who leads a busy life, wants to live in a great location and have a peaceful, safe retreat to come home to.
Apt is 5 floor walk up (skip the gym fees!) wide, easy stairs. Fantastic neighborhood, make the most of great shops, Trader Joes?s, Target, Movies, deli's, galleries, restaurants, laundry all within a block. It?s a lively and safe neighborhood. One block from F/J/M/Z Delancey/Essex and easy access to all transportation. It?s kind of like the center of the Universe!

I work for a marketing agency. I'm up early, work long hours and home is my sanctuary. I'm looking for a peaceful, happy, DRAMA FREE, responsible, reliable person that get's the whole roommate experience. Buys toilet paper, cleans up after themselves and knows how to make it work. Someone who enjoys life but doesn't bring the party home (very important) please don't respond if you don't get the shared dynamic. Socialize outside the Apt. home is home. I have a dog a mini Poodle, very well behaved, no barking, hypo-allergenic! So dog lovers only. No other pets, sorry.
One months fully refundable security deposit required to secure apartment plus first months rent on move in.
Utilities are not included, but run approx. $80-$100 depending on season. Higher in summer with AC, AC's are energy all savers.
