We're finally moving out of our gorgeous three bedroom apartment, and are looking to rent it to people who will enjoy it as much as we did for the last 12 years. The apartment will be yours to furnish and enjoy!

The apartment is *enormous* with 15 foot ceilings and a full kitchen. We're currently in the process of moving out of it, so we've included old photos of what we had, though the room in question is currently empty, cleaned and freshly painted. Living room is in flux, but will be empty by Thursday -- photos are old, but show its size and stature. Your room is huge and spacious, honestly this bedroom is the size of a studio in this neighborhood. It has a closet and private bathroom. Fits a queen size bed, two bedside tables, credenza/dresser and desk.

We just got married, so roommate life isn't for us, but this is the perfect place to live the best life, in the best neighborhood. Steps from the F train, really close to the B/D. We'd consider letting a couple live here (again, the private bathroom really helps), for $2250.
