One bedroom available in this AMAZING apartment!

Hi everyone!

Me and my work friend have moved from London to NYC and have an incredible place to live which we?ve signed the lease on - it?s a 3bedroom 2bathroom located in LES (google 275 South Street). The rooms are extremely spacious (I?ve done quite a lot of viewing and genuinely haven?t come across anything this nice or spacious!). The subway is 5 mins away and Brooklyn etc is easily accessible, as well as the west side as you can take a cheap Uber on the freeway. The cost would be $1,925. About us - we both work at EY and are pretty cool guys! The duration would be for 12 months, however if you wanted to move out you could always find someone else to take your place! If you?re interested pls get in touch and I can send over a video of the place! Btw this is NOT a flex (there are 3 separate big sized bedrooms) - see video for accuracy!
