Master bedroom in large 3 bedroom apartment

Hi!

I am renting the master bedroom in my 3 bedroom apartment. Unfortunately, the current roommate has to move out so it needs to be filled. The bedroom is very large with 2 closets. It currently fits a queen sized bed, 2 dressers, a coffee table, end table and a full sized couch. There is also a large storage closet in the hallway. The kitchen is large as well. So, lots of room to cook.

Currently there are 2 great professional roommates (1 female & 1 male both mid to late 20s) and a sweet dog. Roommates like to watch sports, go out, definitely enjoy but keep the apartment peaceful.

The apt is on a quiet street and its about a 6 minute walk to the bars & restaurants on Essex street. Oh yea and we are right around the corner from a Domino's.

Move in date can be as early as November 9th!

We have fios gigabit connection and utilities will be split three ways.

Most of the things in the bedroom are for sale as well: queen sized bed with storage, large couch, coffee table, end tables, hall tree, more things for storage. If you'd like to buy please let me know as well.
