Roommate needed in 2 BDRD apartment in LES

I'm looking for a female roommate to take over my current roommate's spot on our lease on Nov 15. We live in a two bedroom apartment in the Lower East Side. The apartment is incredibly well located and fully renovated with hardwood floors, granite counter tops, stainless steal appliances, etc. Less than 5 minute walk from the r, w, b, d, f, m, 6, j and z and a couple blocks away from soho, east village, and noho. We're close to lots of great restaurants, bars, and stores but on a block that is relatively quieter. To be fully transparent, the room is small. You will be able to find larger spaces in different neighborhoods. However it is very livable and the rent is very fair for the location.

I'm renewing the lease so no apartment or broker fee. You would only pay a security deposit which you will receive if/when you move out.
