Lower East Side Bedroom Available For 12/1 Move-In

Looking for someone to fill in a bedroom in a 2 bedroom apartment for a 12/1 move in date. I have been living here for a year and a half and am heading down to FiDi to be closer to my work. Apartment is on Grand and Ludlow and is a 5 minute walk to the B/D/F/M Grand St. stop and is even closer to the J/Z/F/M Essex St. stop. Area is right on the LES/Chinatown border on a quiet street but is not far from LES night life.

Your roommate (Kevin) is a 30 y. o. professional hair stylist who is also taking classes at Baruch. He keeps the apartment very clean and doesn't spend much time at home on the weekends. His dog, Molly, is extremely well trained and is also hypoallergenic. She is super sweet, loves to play and doesn't shed.

The bedroom would be furnished with a twin bed if desired. The room itself contains a closet and has room for a twin or full bed depending on how much other furniture is desired. The rest of the apartment comes fully furnished. There is no laundry in the building but there are multiple laundromats within a block of the apartment.

Looking for someone who is respectful, laid back and pays rent on time. It was a great fit for me for the past year and a half and I'd recommend the room to anyone looking to get a taste of LES life.
