Two female roommates/good friends looking for a female to sublet the third bedroom in their cozy Lower East Side (LES) apartment in the heart of hip restaurants, art galleries and boutiques in Manhattan. Apartment is an actual 10-15 second walk from the Delancey & Essex (F, M, J, Z) subway stop, just over the bridge (walking distance) from Williamsburg, Brooklyn.

Current roommates are in their early 30s, working in music and HR. We?re looking for a friendly, responsible and clean roommate to sign a new lease for February 1st. However flexible move in date if you need the room earlier!

Big private room comfortably fits queen-size bed, a large dresser and comes with built-in wall storage with room to spare. Additionally, has two LARGE windows. Can come furnished if you need furniture!

Apartment is rear-facing and quiet. Brand new bathroom. Nice counter space in kitchen. Shared living room with couch and television including Netfix, Hulu and Amazon Prime.

Unit is on third floor of pre-war ?walk up? building. JIconic ?Essex Street Market? directly across the street. Laundromat located next to market. Amazing location! A 5-minute walk by foot to East Village; 10 minutes to Chinatown and Little Italy; 15 minutes to Soho and Noho; 25 minutes to West Village.

Utilities are usually around $100-125 INCLUDES heat, water, electricity, internet, cleaning lady (bi-monthly) and television subscriptions ALL IN, one monthly check, paypal or venmo.

Landlord has asked for two months security deposit and application/credit check fee. Credit should be 700 or above or you will need New York guarantor.
