The apartment overall is a first-floor walkup in the Lower East Side. The total square footage of the apartment is circa 350 sq. ft. This is an ad for the Master Bedroom for $1200, utilities not included.

The room itself is about 122 sq. ft. (10 ft. 8 in. by 11 ft. 6 in.) with its own built-in closet, fire-escape, two large windows, ad a shared bathroom. There is a pre-installed window airconditioning unit and a radiator in the room. I prefer that you bring your own furniture, but the current tenant is willing to negotiate if you would like to buy his furniture from him.

The kitchen is completely stocked with appliances, dishes, pots, pans, trays, utensils, and the like, so you can use all of these items from day one.

In terms of access, we are less than three blocks away from the (1) Grand Street B/D station, (2) 2ND Ave F station, and (3) Bowery Street J/Z station, meaning that commuting to work should be easy.
