My roommate is out, so I am renting her room for 2-6 months towards (end date is negotiable ). I took the photos 2 days ago and it's extream real!

A little about the apt:

- A super sunny apartment separated by living room in between, very good privacy. Apt on Henry Street in Manhattan near Trader and Target

- Located 3 mins walk from F Train on East Broadway

- 2rd floor unit

- The large room opening up is 14 x 15 ft and it's super quiet ! Like the photos, It is *fully furnished!* quite nice queen size mattress (spring+memory foam top)

-The room has a really deep closet with a lot of storage space.

- The living room and kitchen are both exceptionally large for a New York apartment and, maximizing privacy.

- There is a good 24 Hour Laundromat next door to the building.

- Available Sublet period is Aug 15th and end date is negotiable

A little about me:

- I currently work in interior design, come from a pretty international background (worked for internationally for multilateral organizations in design and consulting)

- This is my renovated apartment I design it into a peaceful place (but need to work on a project up town for some time)

- Following, I fall into the category of people who don't wear shoes in the house. Hopefully, this is your idea of hygiene as well!

- By default, please be respectful to my neighbors so I can keep good relationship with them
