Hey, I?m looking for one roommate to fill a room in my 2-br on the Lower East Side and sign a 1 year lease (due by the end of August).

The room gets plenty of natural light with two windows, exposed brick, big closet with sliding doors, and fits a full bed and dresser.

The unit has a newly renovated bathroom and eat-in kitchen with a dishwasher and plenty of cabinet space. I have a living room with a sitting area and TV. There is also a huge storage closet.

The building has an electric doorman, laundry in building, an amazing patio with grille, and roof access.

It?s walking distance from the F, M, J, and Z lines. Plus I?m located just blocks from Trader Joe?s, Target, a deli just downstairs, and the nicest nail salon the LES has to offer.

Good credit required and guarantors welcome. Utilities equal out to about $60 a month.
