Two 24/7 delis are right down the street,10 mins walk to East village, SOHO , on the boarder of Chinatown & Nolita /little Italy . 20 mins walk to financial district and sea port area . As I mentioned, the subway station is in front of the building . So it?s an easy commute to get anywhere in the city and Brooklyn within 15 mins .
