The apartment is the full length of a city block with six bedrooms, two bathrooms, two living room areas, and an open kitchen. The location is amazing - F/J/M/Z subway station right downstairs, great restaurants and nightlife, and just a few blocks from the brand new Target, Trader Joe's, Essex Street Market, laundromat, etc.

There are seven roommates in total (including you) and a very sweet and friendly cat. It's a really nice group of 30-something-year-old professionals ? low-key but still respectful of common areas. Two of the roommates are only in town a few days a month, and a few more have quarantined elsewhere, so there is plenty of space.

Rent is $1,550 per month plus utilities, which includes a weekly cleaning service. There is no lease to sign, but a one-month security deposit is required. Short- or long-term is ok, but long-term is generally preferable. No couples or pets, please.
