Furnished room available in a 3 BR apt in the LES

Bedroom available in a 3 BR (1 bathroom) apartment in the LES, close to the Delancey/Essex Street (F/M/J) subway stop. The room has one window looking onto the street and is furnished with a loft bed, desk, dresser & drawers. Monthly rent is $1,100 + a 1/3 share of wifi/utilities which usually comes to around $60 per person. $1,100 deposit + first month's rent is required on move-in date.

Current tenants are two unrelated professional men, both with years of experience working in the NYC media field and both over 40. The ideal roommate would be someone chill, smart, quiet & easy-going that cleans up after themselves and pays rent/bills on time. The apartment is clean and safe - and maintaining an easy-going, normal balance is important to the two current tenants.

We're looking for someone to move in early January 2024, though that is flexible. We're also considering people who can move in mid-January, with the rent for January being pro-rated.

Note: The place is a normal-sized LES apartment (i. e. "cozy") and works well with 3 people, but not with 4, so no couples please. Also, both men and and women have lived in the apartment in the past and we're open to all genders.
