Hi everyone,

I need a roommate (guy or girl) for my beautiful 2 bedroom home at Ridge and Houston on the LES:

-Starting Jan 2 (or a little later) and going until end of Feb (potentially longer)
-Massive bedroom with extremely comfortable queen-sized bed, includes TV (with apple TV), full dresser and closet
-Huge living room with dining area
-Separate kitchen, fully stocked
-Large bathroom
-Two flights up in a well-maintained walkup building at Ridge and Houston -- 7 min walk to the F train.
-$1300 + utilities (heat and hot water included)

I’m a 35-year-old male real estate agent, originally from FL and living in NYC for 12 years. I’m very social and sometimes have friends over, but I’m super clean and would never bring the party home on a weeknight. Just be clean, respectful and use common sense, right? Dope!
