Summer room available in gorgeous 2br appartment

I’m a student at NYU moving out of my room in my gorgeous LES apartment from mid July until September. I’m looking for someone to sublet the space(either on a weekly basis or can negotiate for the whole window).

The room comes furnished with a queen-size bed and mattress, a large desk and chair, a very spacious wardrobe and also an exercise bike (if you like).

The apartment is the most spacious 2 bed I’ve seen in the LES. It has a dining table that can seat up to 10 people; a large, fully equipped kitchen with plenty of storage and prep space; 2 big storage closets outside the bedrooms; and a separate lounge.

The building is located in the heart of the Lower East Side, a 3 minute walk from the subway at both Delancey & Essex St (F, M, J, Z) and Grand St (B, D), and less than 5 minutes walk from various buses.

All bills included!

You’ll be living with my roommate — a lovely young professional called Ian, though he may also be subletting his room for part of the period (I’ll keep you posted and discuss before any arrangements are made!)
