Lower East Side Room

Hi there! Looking for someone to take over the end of my lease as I’m getting married and moving in with my fiancée! The entire apartment is fully furnished, we have a nicely sized TV, wifi, a coffee bar, juicer, nutribullet and a ton of cooking stuff/pots and pans! The bathroom is shared with a second roommate, and we have a roomba and in unit washer and dryer as well.

The apartment has three bedrooms, one bedroom is currently empty due to the roommate going home for COVID-19. The second roommate is in her early 20’s, works in recruiting and is WFH, and has a black lab named Bear! Essentially you’d be living in a three bedroom apartment with just two people :)

The vacant room is beautifully decorated (went tiktok viral funfact!!)—has a full bed, desk, nightstand, dresser, AC Unit and closet. I will be keeping it furnished until the end of the lease in August, but will take all my stuff out (clothes etc) so the space is all yours!

FYI—the actual rent of this room is $1500, but I’m subsidizing it because I’d prefer someone who’s willing to move in soon
