1 BR in LES / Aug 1 / $1650

I'm looking for a roommate to fill the 2nd room in my beautiful, spacious two bedroom apartment in LES and be on the lease (12 months beginning august 1st). Rent is $1650/month + utilities and internet (internet $35 a month, electricity depends on the month). Room is available for August 1st move in (can do a few days earlier if you need).

Apartment:
two floors - located on 1st floor with stairs leading down to the living room / office space
high ceilings
spacious dining area / kitchen on first floor
fully furnished, but looking to refurnish downstairs
downstairs area is huge and serves as the living room / my little office space in the corner (and you can make an office space down there if you'd like too!)
private backyard area with access from my bedroom or through door of next door building - has a table and fairy lights, great place to hang with friends on summer days/nights
located in a great area in LES, but the apartment is on a mainly residential street so it's nice and quiet
super close to cool restaurants and bars, delis, laundry, shops, etc. 5 min walk to whole foods and trader joes
5 minute walk from the 2nd Av F stop and the Delancey JMZ
*I have a kitty that’s very sweet and chill, she keeps to herself mostly and hangs in my room while I’m away. Her litter box is discreetly located in a closet and I keep it very clean so it’s barely noticeable :)

decent sized room with window facing our backyard
large closet with storage above, large window sill
white walls, management can repaint before you move in
room measurements 14' x ~8' closet within that space 4.5' x 2'

About me:
26 yo female working as a freelance fashion stylist.
I'm a really chill person to live with, go out 1-2 days a week, have friends over on occasion
I like the shared spaces to be clean and tidy
