Quiet Room in the Lower East Side

Hi! I’m Christine, I’m twenty three years old, working as an engineer in Brooklyn. I’m pretty laid back and really friendly. I’m looking for a clean professional female to share this happy space with me in the heart of the Lower East Side from beginning of January to at least the end of May which is when the lease is up. There’s a laundry mat across the street, countless bars, restaurants, and grocery stores nearly in arms length.
I work very early hours Monday thru Friday so I’m looking for someone who’s respectful, relatively quiet, and doesn’t typically have guests on work nights (every now and again is totally fine by me but I just prefer to keep the party outside the space).
