I am looking for someone to rent the extra bedroom in my 1400 sqft home. The room has large corner windows, currently has a Murphy bed (that I can remove), and a teach in closet.
The kitchen has top of the line appliances, and I do enjoy cooking. You’re welcome to do so as well. There is a large living and dining area as well.
I am 24, a chemical engineer, and I currently work at Amazon.
I expect my Roomate to be neat (no dirty dishes in the sink) and courteous to my Neighbours.
