Sunny Room in Upper West Side!

We have one room open in our 3 bedroom, 1 bath, 2nd floor walk up located in the upper west side. The room comfortably fits a nightstand, bookcase, garment rack, and twin bed, and gets lots of sunlight from the street-facing windows. There is a washer/dryer in unit. The other roommates are a young professional and student, and are not often at home. We're looking for someone who makes 40x the rent and has good credit, or has a guarantor who makes 80x the rent. The room is available from June 1st as a sublet through the end of the lease term, with the new term beginning August 1st.

We are ideally looking for someone to apply for the apartment upon move in. Furthermore, any potential roommate must be clean and responsible, with a strong sense of personal responsibility.
