I am seeking a roommate to sign a one year lease beginning on Oct 1st for 12 months with ONE MONTH FREE rent. Heat and hot water are included.

Utilities (we split these):
Wifi: $69.99/month
Electric: ~$65/month most of the year and ~$150 in the summer with the ACs running

The room can come furnished or unfurnished. We will share the one bathroom, the common space and kitchen.

About me:
In my early 30s working professional. I don't travel too often for work, but do like to travel for fun when I can. The apartment is a quiet and clean place to come home to at night. I don't throw parties in the apartment, but do enjoy having friends over from time to time. I like to hang out in the living room when I come home, watch TV and try to cook as often as I can. I like to keep the apartment clean and tidy at all times and usually do a deep clean weekly.

About the apartment and neighborhood:
The apartment is on the 5th floor of a walk up building (get ready for leg day everyday!). The apartment building only has 10 units and everyone is friendly. The building is located on a quiet street directly across the street from the 103rd street subway (B/C) and central park and also walking distance to the 1 train and 2/3 trains at 96th street. Trader Joe's, Whole Foods and many other stores are a short 10-12 min walk away!
